Bar Grounders

The number is the diameter of the hole in thousandths of an inch. 27=.027" 45=.045" The larger the number, the larger the holes. For general work, sizes 27-45 are used. 27 for smaller floral patterns(belts, wallets). 40 & 45 for saddles with a reasonable size floral pattern. Smaller than #27 are for very small work. #15 & #18 are for ultra fine work. #20's are great for watch and hat bands.
