​SHIPPING:

Please make sure the ship to address is correct. If the order has been shipped and the address needs to be corrected, there will be a $20.00 charge for change of address (FEDEX and UPS). The delivery of the package will be delayed by a few days.

Most orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, yet often they will ship within 2-5 business days.  In the event the order will take longer than 10 business days to ship, you will be notified of any back ordered items and the remainder of the order will be shipped.  We do try our best to meet all shipping deadlines.  All orders are shipped via FEDEX EXPRESS, UPS or USPS.  ​​

There may be a 2-10 business day delay on orders depending on stock.  We are not open on the weekends.  Operating hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Should you need to return exchange an item(s) 

1. If this was a mistake on our part, we will cover shipping back from you and shipping for the new item.

2. If this was a mistake on the part of the customer, you are responsible for shipping to us and back to you

3. Please enclose a note letting us know what needs to be done, along with your contact information so we can contact you should there be any questions or shipping charges we need to talk to you about.

4. We will happily EXCHANGE undamaged tools.  We do not offer refunds on product.  Thank you for your understanding.

Packaging your return:

1. Please DO NOT send them in an envelope.  Padded is fine.  We expect that tools returning to us are packaged with the same care we package them when sending them to our customers.  If sent in an envelope, and the tool(s) is lost or additional damaged is caused to the tool, we will not warranty the tool.
